So it's been like a month since I've been able to get on here, and even now I only have a few minutes! So, super speed here are a few highlights from the past few weeks.Today I took the plunge into the land of 27ness. It sounds old to me, but I still feel young so I'm going with that! :) I had a wonderful weekend and am very thankful to my dear friends and family who helped make it so special. My sweet mom's keeping me trendy with lots of hip new clothes, and my wonderful husband got us tickets to go see Tim McGraw and Faith Hill in concert this summer! Here's a pic of our friends from lifegroup tonight. Lindsay made me a home-made carrot cake to die for!!! The best I've ever had...thank you Linds!!

Lindsay, Tonya, me, Jenny and KristinA couple of weekends ago I made a girly trip to Houston to stay with my best friend Shelby and go to a lingerie shower for my friend Mandi. I had a great time hanging out with sweet friends...Shelb it's your turn to visit me now!!
And probably the best weekend I've had in a while happened a few weeks ago at our church's annual women's retreat. Ahh, I had a wonderful time and God really gave me some renewed 
excitement and passion to know Him and study Him through his Word. Our speaker for the weekend had memorized 14 books of the Bible, and challenged us in how well we truly KNOW God's word. So, with God's help alone, I have begun to memorize Colossians with some girls in my Bible Study. It's so incredibly refreshing to replace the influence of tv and internet with God's Word!! It's been an exciting few weeks and I'm thankful for His persistance in teaching me more about Himself! I'm also thankful for a solid group of women to walk through life with as well!
Oh, and yeah I had a little bit of fun you could say being a "gospel granny" As part of the drama team, we woke everyone up Saturday morning posing as grannies in a retirement center, doing the evolution of dance!! Which as you may know is 6 minutes long!! A fun workout, and if you know me you know I loved every minute of my grannie dancing spotlight! :)

oh yes, I know exactly what you are talking about! i didn't know he worked for Bluefish!? one of my closest friends from church natalie clore works there. i'm sure he knows her! i've been in probably 3 videos, and have made the bloopers section on all 3!!!! HAHA
