After a full-day of white water rafting the boys began their five day hike up the mountain to Maccu Picchu. Hiking, hiking, and more hiking! Justin said you would hike as far as you could see, then repeat over and over. They had an amazing guide named Domingo, a cook, a horse and a porter to help them along the way. After four long days of hiking, soar knees, cold nights, and lots of mountain behind them, they made it to Maccu Picchu. I’m so proud of these boys, I definitely would not even have made it a day. What an accomplishment and experience together they’ll not soon forget, or repeat!
