Two Months Old

Dear Little Bit,

Just before Christmas you turned two months old! In some ways I can't believe how big you are and how fast you are growing! In other ways it's seems like you've been a part of our life forever. We love you so much. You are such a complete joy in our lives and we can't thank God enough for you. I tell you all the time, "I just love you." It's amazing how much. Of course we think you are just the cutest little thing in the world. I love to cuddle with you and thankfully so do you.

You still make the funniest little noises, grunts, and snorts...our little piggy. You've gotten so big...8 pounds 12 ounces last time we went to the doctor. You're still wearing a lot of your newborn clothes, but you can also fit into some of your 0-3 months clothes too which has been fun. We've noticed the most growth in your feet and head it seems. Maybe that's because your socks and hats are getting smaller.

You also act like such a big boy, being so much more alert and noticing things around you. We've loved seeing those pretty blue eyes so much more during the day. You even started to give us a smile every now and then! That makes us melt. One of dad's favorite new things to do with you is put you in your Bumbo! He thinks it makes you stronger and I think it makes you look like such a big boy.
We're having so much fun with you and are loving this new little family of three. Happy Two Months Little One.
